beaver moon
Grow
take shelter,
breathe in,
the leaves, the dancing trees.
burn signals,
breathe out,
make peace with changing seasons.
allow silence,
expand and flow,
fill the empty time and spaces.
grow.

hunters moon
Full moons are a time for expressing. Practicing ritual arts is a way of releasing unnecessary blockages and making room for conscious expansion through expression.
So how can we expand our awareness to include stories of interconnection between all living beings?
(Re)storing, or perhaps (re)storying our perennial wisdom, with reverence and reciprocity, is doable. From inner to outer landscapes, we can create space that accounts for optimal collaborative potential. We are, after all, participants in this ever expanding expressive reality.
One breath and heart thought at a timeā¦

log out
I have opted out of social media for several years now as a personal choice. However, since starting this blog, and website, I have been open to making choices that will best serve the planet and all inhabitants here.
So I invested in developing a few social media sites, added photos, and comments and strategically aligned the links across platforms. Yet when it came time to cross reference and publish, I felt reservations.
A stream of heart thoughts followed, reminding me that being a fierce advocate of wild nature, wellness and conscious citizenry might mean opting out. So I contemplated and centered and circled.
What choice minimizes footprints in natural and digital landscapes? What choice allows for the exchange of transformative expression in an alternative way for future generations?
The voice most resonant in me says opting out and watering this blog and website is the optimal choice. Consider this an invitation for contemplating choice expression in all ways possible.

fall equinox
I believe we are all dreamers learning to express our uniqueness. Seasons are transitional moments in earth-based wisdom teaching that support the development of our capacity to express and expand this uniqueness from the inside-out.
Indigenous cultures hold ceremony and practice rituals, guiding inward journeys and deepening the dreamers capacity from the edges of seasonal transition. Autumn is the beginning, when a new cycle of growth emerges.
During fall equinox, equality and balance between dark and light are honored. This place of natural centeredness allows for emptying the internal landscape in preparation for a new expansive beginning.
Fall is a time for gratitude, when shifts from lack to abundance are observed through the witnessing of harvest. This is a season for activating deeper levels of awareness through silence, emptying and allowance.

harvest moon
A welcome lantern for growers, landscape lovers and sowers, extending the view.
A time of change, transition and beginning anew.
A place where food becomes medicine and gatherings share blessings.
A moment of full, radiant being and expression.
A harvest moon.
